He was caught by the police in the morning for drunken driving. Police seized the car and told him to take other medium of transport to reach home. In order to claim the recovered car, the 45-year-old had driven to the station in another vehicle in the western city of Marburg. After officers noticed alcohol on his breath, a test showed he was over the legal limit and his driving license and keys were confiscated. Officers could not quite believe it when they came across the same man driving his car four hours later, He had been drinking in the meantime and a fresh test showed he was even more over the limit.
